For foreign citizens living in Portugal please send a photograph of your residence visa. 

For foreign citizens please send a a photograph of your ID Card or passport. 

For Brazilian citizens, living in Brazil, please send a photograph of your driver's License and Identification card or passport. 

We recommend you to send the document directly through our website via the document upload feature available at:

Mobile device: Select Icon (in your upper right corner) » Withdraw » Send my documents”.
