Yes. If you are living outside Portugal it's possible to register with your passport number. To do so, please opt out the option "I live in Portugal" on the website - Create My Account - form. However, when creating a player's account with a passport, the authentication will not be automatic and the documents will be forwarded for validation.
We suggest you to register using the data available on your Portuguese citizen card.
