It is possible to self-exclude yourself on our gaming platform, as well as request self-exclusion directly on SRIJ – Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service website.
To self-exclude from our website, please access to:
1. Access "Account Menu” (icon in the top right corner)
2. Select "Account"
3. Go to "My Settings"
4. Click "Self-Exclusion"
5. Choose "Validate".
If you access with a mobile device:
1. Access the "Account Menu” (icon in the top right corner)
2. Select "Settings”
3. Find the "Self-Exclusion" field
4. Click Validate".
Additional Information:
Under Article 39, Section III, Decree-Law 66/2015 of 29 April, the self-exclusion period has a minimum duration of 3 months.
According to the same legislation, it will be necessary to wait 30 days after communicating the intention to end self-exclusion.
