Was your event canceled or postponed? Find out what happens to your bet 🔄

Wondering what happens to your money when a game you bet on doesn't take place? Don't worry! We'll explain the refund process and the timelines involved.

⏱️ The 24-Hour Rule

According to our Terms and Conditions, the first step is to wait. If an event is canceled or postponed, we check if it is resumed or played within 24 hours of the originally scheduled date and time.

🧐 What happens after 24 hours?

If the event does not take place within this period, the following rules apply, depending on your type of bet:

1️⃣ Single Bet: The total amount you bet is refunded in full to your balance. The bet is considered "void," and you don't lose your money.

2️⃣ Multiple Bet: Your bet stays active! However, the canceled game is assigned an Odd of 1.00 (void odd). This means that specific game no longer counts towards the final prize, but your multiple bet remains live with the remaining selections you chose.

💡 Practical Example (Multiple Bet)

Imagine you placed a multiple bet with 3 games:

  • Game A (Odd 2.00)

  • Game B (Odd 1.50) — CANCELED

  • Game C (Odd 2.00)

Instead of losing the bet, Game B now counts as 1.00. Your potential winnings will be recalculated using only the odds from games A and C.
