The match ended but my bet is still pending. How to proceed?

It is possible that a bet remains marked as “Pending” even after the event has ended. This can happen for a few reasons:

🕒 The event has not yet been fully processed
Some events require additional validations or may have extra time (e.g., overtime, VAR, etc.) before being officially finalized.

📡 The official information has not yet been received by our platform
The validation and settlement of the bet depends on the official results being received from our providers.

What should you do?

1️⃣ Wait a few hours after the event has ended.
2️⃣ If the bet is still pending after that, please contact our team.
