Did the game stop midway due to a power outage, rain, or any other reason and you don't know what happens to your money? Don't worry! The general rule is patience, but the outcome depends on the sport and the waiting period.
⏳ The Golden Rule: The 24-Hour Window
For most sports (Football, Basketball, and Ice Hockey), the rule is clear:
If the match is resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time: your bet remains active, and we wait for the final result.
If the match is not resumed within that timeframe: bets on markets that have not been decided yet are voided.
🎾 The Tennis Exception
In Tennis, the rule is different! There is no 24-hour limit here. If a match is interrupted (due to rain or lack of light), bets remain valid until the match is officially concluded, regardless of how long it takes.
✅ What happens to markets already settled?
Regardless of the sport, if the result of a market was already decided at the time of interruption, your bet is settled normally.
Practical Example (Football): Imagine you bet on the "1st Half Winner" and the match is interrupted at the 60th minute (during the 2nd half).
Since the 1st half had already ended, your bet has already been settled, and the prize is guaranteed (or the bet is lost).
However, a bet on the "Final Result" would be voided if the match did not resume within the next 24 hours.
💰 What happens to my money?
If the event is definitively canceled (after the 24-hour window), the system processes it as follows:
1️⃣ Single Bet: The amount you bet is refunded in full to your balance. 2️⃣ Multiple Bet: Your bet stays alive! The interrupted game is assigned an Odd of 1.00 (you neither win nor lose on that specific game), and the final prize is recalculated based on the remaining selections.
