How can I send documents to validate my account?

Para enviar documentos para a validação da conta de jogador, basta seguir estes passos:

  • Profile
  • Settings
  • Security
  • Autentication
  • Add a Photo

After submitting your documents, you can check their status under "Authentication" in the "Document Status" section.

Pending - The document has been submitted and received. It is awaiting verification.

Ongoing - The document is being verified. You will soon receive an email confirming its validation or indicating that the submitted document is invalid.

Refused - The document has been verified but deemed invalid. Please refer to the email sent for more information.

Validated - The document has been verified and deemed valid. You will receive an email confirming this.

 

If you are unable to upload your documents through the website, you can send them to our Customer Support via Chat on weekdays from 12:00 to 22:00, or through our Customer Support email at support@estorilsoldigital.com
