What can be preventing me from making a withdrawal request?

If there is any difficulty in making a withdrawal request, or if it remains pending after 2 business days, please confirm:

 

1. You have validated your email address using the account activation link you received upon registration;

 

2. If your balance is in bonus money (click here to find out when you can withdraw your bonus balance);

 

3. If any documentation was requested, or if the validation of the documents is still ongoing.
