What can I do to improve the game experience on my device?

Battery management (mobile devices) - When you set/have active battery saver options on your device, that can decrease the data processing and the device becomes overall slower (applications/software usage). We suggest that you avoid playing with a "low" or "very low" battery or with active energy saver modes on.

Simultaneous applications running - The more applications/features you have running simultaneously on your device, the slower it will process the data exchanged. Making an analogy, it is like a highway (RAM), the more cars you have (applications) the slower the traffic (data processing) will become. We suggest that you keep your device updated and manage the applications that are running at the same time, using only what is necessary.

Hardware of your device - Network card, graphics card, CPU, etc. - hardware is the physical components of your equipment, so if you are using incompatible hardware with the website or hardware that creates entropy/conflicts in your device, that can interfere with the internet and/or website access.

Device software - Operating system installed, IP and DNS settings - software is the language of your device used through the existing programs and applications. They should always be updated, since the old versions may not run on our website correctly. For example, mobile devices with versions prior to Android 7.0, are incompatible with our app.

Important: The suggestions presented here are given to help you have a better experience on our website, being these external and not ESC Online’s responsability.
