We alert our customers that have bonus money available, to use it before starting a game of Poker.
If you have bonus money available in your balance, or even in pending bets, when you accept to play Poker, this amount will be automatically cancelled. Any bonus amount you have in Open bets will also be deducted from the stake.
The cancellation of bonus amounts is irreversible.
However, please know that there are several alerts in your player account and Poker App to alert you of this matter, as shown in the following example:
