Opting out of receiving bonuses and promotional offers is a decision each player can make. If this is your choice, please note that you will not be able to participate in our campaigns or receive promotional offers.
You can update your settings by accessing:
- Profile
- Settings
- Preferences
In the "Bonus" field, check or uncheck the option "Accept bonus (if unchecked, you will not receive bonuses)" depending on whether you want to activate or deactivate the option to receive bonuses.
Note: If you configure your player account to not receive any bonuses, this option will also apply to exchanging Club In points for bonuses. In other words, the exchange will be processed, but the €10 bonus will be automatically canceled after being credited.
