When you receive a bonus from a promotional offer, that amount is credited to your account as bonus balance.

🎰 How Do I Complete the Playthrough?
It depends on the game type:

Example: You received a €10 bonus
→ If you play on Slots, you need to wager €300 in total to complete the Playthrough

Good news: here, the odds influence how fast you complete the Playthrough!

If you request a withdrawal before finishing your Playthrough, your bonus balance and any winnings linked to it will be automatically cancelled.
For example: You have €250 in your account → €200 in real money and €50 in bonus.
If you withdraw the €200, you’ll lose the remaining €50 bonus.
