Game Handicap

Bets to predict the winner of the match in games by applying a gaming advantage or disadvantage to one of the players. 

Examples:

Final Score – 6-4; 6-4 in favor of Alfredo Perez

  • Bet on Alfredo Perez -3.5

The bet would be settled as a win, as Alfredo Perez won 4 more games than his opponent Dimitar Kuzmanov.

Calculations with the Handicap bet:

Total games:

Alfredo Perez: 12 – 3.5 (Handicap bet) = 8.5 Games

Dimitar Kuzmanov: 8 Games


Final Score – 7-6; 6-4 in favor of Alfredo Perez

  • Bet on Alfredo Perez -3.5

The bet would be settled as a loss, as Alfredo Perez won only 3 more games than his opponent.

Calculations with the Handicap bet:

Total games:

Alfredo Perez: 13 – 3.5 (Handicap bet) = 9.5 Games

Dimitar Kuzmanov: 10 Games

  • Bet on Dimitar Kuzmanov +3.5

The bet would be settled as a win, as Dimitar Kuzmanov lost by only 3 games.

Calculations with the Handicap bet:

Total games:

Alfredo Perez: 13 Games

Dimitar Kuzmanov: 10 + 3.5 (Handicap bet) = 13.5 Games

 

Note - In some doubles games, it is sometimes necessary to play a Super Tie Break if 1-1 in Sets, however for the match handicap this 3rd Set counts only as a match.
