Bets to predict the total number of sets to be played at the match. The encounters can be the highest of 3 or 5 (in Grand Slams). In most competitions, the encounters are best of 3.
Example (Best of 3):
Bet - Over 2.5
- To win the bet the match would have to have 3 sets, if only 2 sets the bet will be lost. If the match is abandoned due to withdrawal / disqualification before the end of the 2nd Set, all bets will be returned. If it is abandoned for withdrawal during the 3rd Set then the bet has already been settled as won.
Bet - Under 2.5
- For the bet to win the match would have to have 2 sets, if you have 3 sets the bet will be lost. If the match is abandoned due to withdrawal / disqualification before the end of the 2nd Set, all bets will be returned, since if any player folds in the 3rd Set the minus 2.5 bet has already been settled as lost.
Example (Best of 5):
Bet – Over 4.5
- To win the bet the match would have to have 5 sets, if only 4 or less the bet will be lost. If the match is abandoned due to withdrawal / disqualification before the end of the 4th Set, all bets will be returned. If it is abandoned for withdrawal during the 5th Set then the bet has already been settled as won.
Bet – Under 4.5
- For the bet to win, the match would have to have 3 or 4 sets, if you have 5 sets the bet will be lost. If the match is abandoned due to withdrawal / disqualification before the end of the 4th Set, all bets will be returned, because if any player folds in the 5th Set the Under 4.5 bet has already been settled as lost.
