To stop receiving chat messages from a player who is behaving abusively, simply click on the player's name and select the ‘Mute Player’ option, as shown in the image below:
📱 Through the App (Mobile)
On your mobile phone, and through the app, the process is similar: tap on the name of the player you want to mute and select the ‘Mute’ option, as shown in the image below:
