✅How to validate my IBAN?

📌 I haven’t requested any withdrawal yet, but I want to validate my IBAN. How can I send the proof?
You can send your IBAN proof through one of the following options:

💬 Via Chat: available on business days from 12:00 to 22:00 directly on our website

Our Customer Support Team will validate your IBAN as soon as possible.

📌 I’ve already requested a withdrawal but haven’t validated my IBAN yet. What should I do?
Just follow these simple steps in your ESC Online account:

1️⃣ Go to your Profile

2️⃣ Select Withdrawals
3️⃣ Click on Upload Documents
4️⃣ Choose the IBAN proof file and submit it 📨

📧 You will receive a reply by email within a maximum of 24 hours.
🕒 However, you can check the validation status of your submitted documents at any time.
📂 If it shows as “Pending,” it means we’ve received it and it’s being processed.

📎 Note: Documents obtained via the APP/Homebanking must be in PDF format, clearly legible, and must include your full name, complete IBAN, and a date within the past year.
