How to validate my IBAN?

I don't have any withdrawals registered, but I want to validate my IBAN now, how can I send proof of IBAN?

You must send your proof of IBAN by email to support@estorilsoldigital.com or via Customer Service via Chat (Working days - 12:00 / 22:00), so that our Player Experience Team can validate your IBAN.

 

I registered a withdrawal, but I need to validate the IBAN, how can I send my receipt?

It's very easy, just follow the following steps:

  • Profile 
  • Surveys
  • Upload Documents
  • Select files and send

Within a maximum period of 24 hours, we will respond by email, however, you can at any time monitor the validation status of the documents sent, which in the example above, is in the "Pending" status, which means that we have already received it and will be processed .
