You should confirm that the cell phone number registered in your ESC Online account is the same as the one associated with the MBWay application. 📞️
If you find that the contact you have registered is incorrect, you should send an e-mail to support@estorilsoldigital.com asking for your number to be updated. 📩️
If it's the same number, just follow these steps:
- Select the + (deposit) symbol next to the balance
- Choose the “Hipay MbWay” option
- Enter the amount you want to deposit and click on “Confirm”
You will then also receive a notification from the MBWay app on your cell phone with your deposit details to confirm the transaction.
After confirming the transaction in the MBWay application, the deposit will be completed and the amount credited to your ESC Online account. Have fun! 🎰️
