Do you want to make a deposit but are unable to do it? Take these points into consideration and confirm that everything is in order!
1. You've created a player account, but it might require verification. To do so, forward us photographs of your Citizenship or Residence Card, front and back legible, with the 4 corners of the document visible. Check how to proceed here!
2. Confirm that the amount you want to deposit is within the minimum and maximum values of the deposit method;
3. Confirm that you have active deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) on your account! If so, you may have reached these limits. You can find this same information at:
