I deposited and the amount isn’t available. What to do?

🔄 Pending deposit? Here’s what might have happened:

  • You used an incorrect payment reference

  • Payment provider is experiencing delays

  • Temporary system maintenance

If you paid via Multibanco (Hipay):
Check if the reference and entity were correct, and if the amount wasn't refunded to your bank account.

💳 If you used a Credit Card (PaynoPain):
Make sure you approved the payment using the 3DS code (via SMS or your banking app).

📩 If everything seems fine and the amount is still not showing in your ESC Online account, please contact us and send your proof of payment.
