When you submit your first withdrawal request or change your IBAN, it is necessary to send proof of IBAN for validation purposes.
The IBAN proof must contain the following information in a single official document issued by your bank:
📆️Data of issue (less than 1 year)
️💱️Número of Iban
👤️O your name as the bank account holder
🏦️️Identificação/ Bank logo

The request for documentation containing certain data and fulfilling certain requirements is a normal procedure applicable to players when they first request a withdrawal or change their IBAN, based on the security of the transaction.
