I don´t receive your promotional emails, what can I do?

If our emails are ending up in your SPAM or junk folder, this may be related to your email account settings.
But don’t worry — with a few simple steps, you can ensure that you receive all our communications successfully. 👇

✅ Add our email addresses to your safe senders list

To prevent our emails from being filtered as spam, add the following addresses to your list of safe senders:

📱 Instructions by platform:

📱 Android (email app)

  • Open the email sent by us

  • Tap on the sender's image

  • Select “OK” to add as a trusted sender

📧 Outlook / Hotmail

  • Go to Settings (icon in the upper right corner)

  • Select:
    Impedir correio eletrónico de lixo → Remetentes seguros e bloqueados → Remetentes seguros

  • Enter our email addresses and click “Add to list”

  • Save the changes and return to the main page

📨 Gmail

  • Click Settings (⚙️ icon in the upper right corner)

  • Go to: Filters and blocked addresses → Create a new filter

  • In the “From” field, enter our email addresses

  • Click “Create filter” and check the option “Never send it to SPAM”

  • Save the changes

📌 Important note:

These actions will ensure you continue receiving our emails — as long as you’ve previously accepted to receive communications in your player account settings.
