To prevent our emails from being filtered as spam, add the following addresses to your list of safe senders:

Select “OK” to add as a trusted sender

Impedir correio eletrónico de lixo → Remetentes seguros e bloqueados → Remetentes seguros -
Enter our email addresses and click “Add to list”

Save the changes and return to the main page
📨 Gmail

Click Settings (⚙️ icon in the upper right corner)

Go to: Filters and blocked addresses → Create a new filter

In the “From” field, enter our email addresses

Click “Create filter” and check the option “Never send it to SPAM”

Save the changes
