This situation may be related to your email settings. We suggest that you add our email address, support@estorilsoldigital.com, to the list of trusted senders by following these steps:
Android
- In your email program/app, click on the image of the sender;
- Then click on "Ok" to add it to the list of trusted senders.
Outlook/Hotmail
- In your Outlook/Hotmail email inbox select "Settings", in the upper right corner;
- Choose "Prevent junk email » Safe and Blocked Senders » Safe Senders";
- In the text box, enter our email address and then click on “Add to list”;
- Accept the settings and return to the folder/home page.
Gmail
- In your Gmail inbox select” Definitions”, in the upper right corner;
- Click on “Filters” and then on "Create new filter";
- Add our email address;
- Put a tick on the box “Never send to SPAM” and accept.
Through these actions, you should be able to receive all our future emails and access all our communications (having per base the previous agreement to receive them inside your player's account » "Definitions").
