I’m registered for a tournament but when it started it didn’t send me to the game table.

📶 First, check your internet connection.
🔄 If everything is fine, restart the app and log in again.

🏆 Go to the tournament you were registered in.
❌ If you can’t join the table, the buy-in amount will be refunded so you can register for another tournament.

📱 If you're using a mobile device:

  • Go to your device Settings.

  • Open Apps.

  • Select our APP.

  • Tap Force Stop.

  • Reopen the APP and check if your balance is correct. 💰
