First of all, please check your Internet connection. If it is working fine, please restart the app, Login again and click on the tournament you are registered in. If you can’t get in the table, the buy-in will be returned so you can register in other tournaments.
If you are accessing via a mobile phone, please go to the phone settings, select our APP and force it to stop. Then, open our APP again and your balance will be back to normal.
