How to Find Articles in the Help Center
- 🔎 In the widget's search bar, type keywords related to your question or the topic you want to explore.
- 📋 The widget will display a list of relevant articles based on your search. ⤷ For example, searching for "documents" will suggest articles like "How can I send documents to validate my account?" or "Which documents are not accepted as IBAN Proof?".
- 📖 You can read the articles directly in the widget or click to open the full article in the Help Center.

If the search didn't provide the exact information you were looking for or if you have further questions, click the 'Leave a Message' button at the bottom of the widget. Fill out the form with the details of your query, and if necessary, you can attach up to 5 files. Your message will be sent directly to our support team, who will respond by email as soon as possible.
