The address associated with your ESC Online account must not be in Portugal.

When registering with a passport, account validation will not be automatic — your documents will be forwarded internally for manual review.

We recommend using your mobile phone camera to take the photographs, ensuring the document is high-quality, in color, and with all four corners clearly visible, without any cuts.
📄 Suggestion:
Whenever possible, we recommend registering using the details from your Citizen Card or Identity Card to speed up the process.
