You must send photographs of your Citizen Card if:

📄 What document should I send?
Send a photograph of your Citizen Card, including:

All 4 corners of the document visible

Clear and legible text

📤 How to upload the document on the website?
Log in to your ESC Online account and follow these steps:

- Settings
- Security
- Authentication
After submitting your document, you will be able to check its validation progress.
🔎 How to track the validation status?
Once submitted, the document’s status will update in your account:

Pending → Document sent, awaiting review

In progress → Document is being reviewed

Validated ✅ → Account successfully verified

Rejected ❌ → Document not accepted (reason explained via email)
💡 If the document is rejected, check the email we sent with instructions and send updated photos.
