The bank account indicated for the withdrawal must be in your name.
👥 Joint accounts are accepted, provided that:

The IBAN certificate clearly shows your name as one of the account holders (✔️);

You do not need to be the first account holder.
📄 Before submitting your request, make sure your name appears on the IBAN proof.
