To keep the withdrawal process simple, follow these steps:
1. Submit your withdrawal request
Go to Profile → Withdrawal, select your payment method, enter the amount and the IBAN where you want to receive the funds. Then, confirm your request.
2. Request Validation
If your IBAN has not yet been validated, you will need to provide an IBAN document. Your withdrawal will remain pending until the validation is completed.If your IBAN has already been validated, your withdrawal will be processed on the next business day after the request.
3. Bank Transfer
Once the transfer has been made, the withdrawal status will change from "Pending" to "Completed".The amount is normally available in your bank account on the next business day, but this may take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank.If your bank supports instant payments, you may receive the funds faster. 4. Monitor the status of your withdrawal
Go to Profile → History → Withdrawals to check the status of each phase:
Pending
Completed
Note on IBAN validation
If you enter a new IBAN, a bank verification process will start automatically.
Until the verification is completed, your request will remain pending IBAN validation.
Once your IBAN has been validated, we will immediately continue with the normal approval and transfer process.
