Making a withdrawal is simple. Follow the steps below to withdraw your balance.

Log in to your account and select
Profile → Withdrawal.

Fill in your details
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm your
IBAN and
BIC/SWIFT.

Confirm your withdrawal
Check that all the details are correct and click
“Confirm”.

Before you confirm
• At the top of the page, you can check your real balance available for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is
€1.
• If you have a bonus balance, check the
playthrough rules
before making your withdrawal.

Is this your first withdrawal?
If this is your first withdrawal request, you will need to send us an
IBAN proof.

• Before confirming your request, check that your bank details are correct.
• Your IBAN and/or BIC/SWIFT must be entered correctly,
and the bank account must be in your name
and match the account holder registered with ESC Online.
• Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be
cancelled.
