To better manage your withdrawal requests, you always have the option to cancel them, as long as the request has not yet been completed (status “Finished”).
⚠️ Note: Once the withdrawal status changes to "Finished", the cancel icon will no longer be visible. This period may be shorter, especially for instant payout.
To cancel a withdrawal, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to your Profile
2️⃣ Go to History
3️⃣ Select the Withdrawals option
4️⃣ Click the 🗑️ icon and confirm by selecting “Yes” to cancel the withdrawal

❓ If you're unable to cancel the withdrawal, first check if it’s already in the “Terminated” status – at this stage, the cancel option is no longer available. If you still have questions, talk to us!
