To make the survey process simple and transparent, follow these steps:
1. Submit the withdrawal request
1️⃣ Access your Profile
2️⃣ Press on Withdrawal
3️⃣ Indicate the payment method, the amount and the IBAN to which you wish to receive the funds
4️⃣ Confirm and submit your request ✅
2. Request Validation

If you do not have your IBAN validated, you will need to send proof of your IBAN.

If your IBAN has already been validated, your amount will be transferred the next working day after the request 📆
3. Bank Transfer
- Once the amount has been transferred, it will go from ‘Pending’ to ‘Completed’ status.
- Normally, the amount is made available in the bank account the next working day after the transfer, but the maximum period is 3 working days ⏳
- Immediate withdrawals are usually quicker, but for security reasons they can take several hours to process. For more information click here.
4. Monitor the status of the survey
Go back to Profile → History → Withdrawals to see the status of each phase:
- Pending
- Completed
Note on IBAN validation

If you enter a new IBAN, a bank verification process starts automatically.

Until this check has been completed, the request will remain pending IBAN validation.

Once the IBAN has been validated, we immediately continue with the normal approval and transfer flow.
