I want to change my IBAN. How can I do it?

If you want to update or add a new IBAN to your account, please follow these simple steps: 👇

  • Submit a new withdrawal request, entering the new bank details (IBAN and BIC).
  • After the request, you will be asked to provide the official proof of the new IBAN (in PDF format, issued by your bank).
  • Once we receive the document, we will start the validation process. ✅

💡 Alternatively, you can also send the proof directly to the email support@estorilsoldigital.com, indicating that you wish to change your IBAN.
