If you are a Caixa Geral de Depósitos customer, you can obtain an IBAN proof via Home Banking, both in the App and Desktop versions:
📱 Through the App (Mobile)
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣Start the application on your mobile device.
2️⃣Within the app, search for and select the “Proofs and Appointments” option.
3️⃣Under “Vouchers and Schedules”, find the “Consult vouchers” option to view the available vouchers, including your IBAN.
4️⃣Download the PDF proof.
📝Note:
The PDF document is usually saved in the Downloads or Files folder on your device after downloading. That's the original PDF document you need to send us!
💻 For the Web version (Desktop)
1️⃣Log in to your Home Banking account
2️⃣In the tab on the left, select “Current Accounts”
3️⃣Select “IBAN and BIC SWIFT”
4️⃣In the upper right corner, click on the “PDF” symbol and save the file.
You will get a PDF document similar to the one below:
