If you are a Novo Banco customer, you can obtain an IBAN proof via Home Banking, both in the App and Desktop versions:
📱 Through the App (Mobile)
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣Open the Novo Banco application on your mobile device.
2️⃣Go to the application's main menu.
3️⃣Find and select the “Queries” option.
4️⃣Under “Queries”, find and select “NIB/IBAN/SWIFT”.
5️⃣Choose the account for which you want the IBAN proof.
6️⃣Click on “Save proof” to save it to your device.
📝Note:
The PDF document is usually saved in the Downloads or Files folder on your device after downloading. That's the original PDF document you need to send us!
