If you are a BPI customer, you can obtain a proof of IBAN through Home Banking, in both the App and Desktop versions:
📱 Pela App (Mobile)
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣Open the BPI app on your smartphone.2️⃣Select the current account you want to consult.
3️⃣Go to the extracts or digital documents section.
4️⃣Check the IBAN and download the receipt.
📝Note:
The PDF document is usually saved in the Downloads or Files folder on your device after downloading. That's the original PDF document you should send us!
💻 For the Web version (Desktop)
1️⃣Login to your Home Banking account
2️⃣Left side menu "Inquiries"
3️⃣"IBAN/SWIFT" tab
4️⃣Click on the left side link "PDF"
5️⃣Download and save proof.
You'll get one IBAN proof similar to the one below:
