To obtain an IBAN proof through your Home Banking we ask that you access via browser and follow the steps below:
> Log in to your Home Banking account
> In the tab on the left, select “Current Accounts”
> Select “IBAN and BIC SWIFT”
> In the upper right corner, click on the “PDF” symbol and save the file.
Through the App, follow these steps:
> Login
> Under 'Accounts' option
> Select the desired account
> Click on 'Account Information'
> Click on the upper right corner to download the PDF file
You will get a PDF document similar to the one below:
