If you are a Activo Bank customer, you can obtain an IBAN proof via Home Banking, both in the App and Desktop versions:

📱 Through the App (Mobile)

Follow the steps below:

1️⃣Open the ActivoBank mobile application and log in with your credentials.

2️⃣Go to your current account section, where you can view your financial details.

3️⃣Within the account section, look for and select the “View Detail” option.

4️⃣Download the PDF statement.

📝Note:
The PDF document is usually saved in the Downloads or Files folder on your device after downloading. That's the original PDF document you need to send us!

1️⃣ Log in
2️⃣Accounts
3️⃣More operations
4️⃣Account information
5️⃣Select “PDF” and save to computer.

You'll get one IBAN proof similar to the one below:
