To obtain an IBAN proof through your Home Banking we ask that you access via browser and follow the steps below:
📱 Via the App (Mobile)
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Log in to the Santander App
2️⃣ Select the desired account
3️⃣ Click on the Proof of IBAN icon
4️⃣ Choose See Proof
5️⃣ Tap the icon at the top right corner to download the IBAN certificate in PDF

The PDF document is usually saved in your device’s Downloads or Files folder after downloading.

💻 Via the Web (Desktop)
1️⃣ Go to the Santander Home Banking website
2️⃣ Log in to your account
3️⃣ In the tab on the left, select Account
4️⃣ Then, choose Account Data
5️⃣ Save the file on your computer
