To obtain an IBAN proof through your Home Banking we ask that you access via browser and follow the steps below:
> Log in to your Home Banking account
> In the tab on the left, select “Account”
> Select “Account Data”
> In the middle of the page, select “Export proof of IBAN (PDF)
> Save PDF document.
Note: The bank App does not have this option, thus, we suggest you access it via website.
You'll get one IBAN proof similar to the one below:
