If you are a Montepio customer, you can obtain an IBAN proof via Home Banking, both in the App and Desktop versions:
📱 Through the App (Mobile)
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣Open the Banco Montepio app on your mobile device.
2️⃣Select the account you wish to obtain the IBAN proof for.
3️⃣View the account details, where the IBAN is displayed.
4️⃣Select the “Share” option, “Send IBAN”.View the account details, where the IBAN is displayed.
5️⃣Click on the “Save proof” option to save it to your device.Select the ‘Share’, “Send IBAN” option.View the account details, where the IBAN is displayed.
📝Note:
The PDF document is usually saved in the Downloads or Files folder on your device after downloading. That's the original PDF document you need to send us!
💻 For the Web version (Desktop)
1️⃣Log in to your Home Banking account
2️⃣Select “Current Accounts”
3️⃣Select “IBAN Consultation”
4️⃣In the upper right corner, click on the “Print” symbol
5️⃣A new window will open, where you must click on “Print” again
6️⃣Select “ Save as PDF”.
You'll get one IBAN proof similar to the one below:
